Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 5 level tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

Dissolve the flour in milk and water; bring to a boil; cook slowly for ten minutes. Add salt, pepper, egg, and grated cheese.
