Cheese Loaf


  • 3 cups of fine bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of very thick cream sauce
  • 1 large onion, minced fine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce


Mix thoroughly and then mould into shape.

Pack into well-greased pan and set this pan in a large bake pan, with hot water to one-quarter of the depth of the bake pan.

Bake in a moderate oven for fifty minutes.
