Celery Puree
Ingredients
- 1 pint of diced celery
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of stock
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour mixed with a little milk
- seasoning
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Instructions
Cook celery in cold water until tender and then put through a sieve and add stock, milk, flour, seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve.
