Canape a la Mode

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons of mackerel, flaked into bits
• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise dressing
• 1 teaspoon of paprika
• 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley

Instructions

Mix to a smooth paste and then spread on triangles of toasted bread. Garnish with parsley.
