Bohemian Relish

Ingredients

• 2 slices of salomi sausage
• 1 radish
• 1 tablespoon of prepared scallion
• 1 thin slice of tomato

Instructions

Place on a bread and butter plate. Mix thoroughly and then serve.

To prepare the scallions

• scallions
• 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise dressing
• 1 tablespoon of vinegar

Instructions

Chop fine and add dressing and vinegar.
