Batardi Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of thick cream sauce
  • yolk of 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of grated onion
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of finely minced parsley

Instructions

Heat slowly, beating thoroughly to blend. Rub through fine sieve and then serve cold.
