Admiral Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of thick cream sauce
  • grated rind of 1/4 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

Stir until well blended and then heat until just below the boiling point. Season.
