Welsh Rare-Bit, No. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoonful of salt
  • a speck of cayenne

Instructions

Grate cheese.

Sprinkle on it mustard, salt and a speck of cayenne.

Heap this on slices of buttered toast.

Put in the hot oven for a few moments, and when the cheese begins to melt, serve at once.
