• 3 cupfuls of sweet milk
• 1 cupful of sour milk
• 3 cupfuls of Indian meal
• 1 cupful of flour
• 1/2 a cupful of molasses
• 1 teaspoonful of saleratus
• 1 teaspoonful of salt

Instructions

Steam three hours.
