Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 a cupful of blanched almonds
  • 1 quart of cream
  • 1 pint of water
  • 1 scant pint of sugar
  • yolks of 5 eggs
  • 1 pint of milk
  • spinach green enough to give a delicate color (about a heaping teaspoonful, to be cooked with the nuts)

Instructions

Make the same as almond cream.
