Orange Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 tea-cupfuls of sugar
  • juice of 6 oranges
  • 3 pints of cream
  • yolks of 8 eggs
  • 1 pint of water

Instructions

Boil the water, sugar and orange juice together twenty minutes; then proceed as directed for vanilla ice cream, No. 2.
