Muffins, No. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cupful of milk
  • 1 cupful of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of salt (scant)
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Beat the eggs light, and add the milk, salt and sugar. Pour gradually on the flour. Beat till light and smooth.

Pour into buttered muffin pans and bake in a hot oven for twenty minutes.
