Hominy Griddle-Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of warm boiled hominy
  • 1 pint of milk or water
  • 1 pint of flour
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • salt

Instructions

To warm boiled hominy add milk or water and flour. Beat eggs and stir into the batter with a little salt. Fry as any other griddle-cakes. They are delicious.
