Graham Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pints of Graham
  • 1/2 a cupful of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of salt
  • 1/2 a pint of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of saleratus
  • 2 teaspoonfuls of cream of tartar
  • 2 well-beaten eggs
  • 1 pint of milk

Instructions

Into a bowl put Graham, sugar, and salt.

Into a sieve put flour, saleratus and cream of tartar. Mix thoroughly with the flour, and sift on to the material in the bowl.

Mix all thoroughly while dry, and add eggs and milk.

Fill muffin cups about two-thirds to the top, and bake in a quick oven.
