Fine Herbs Sauce
- 1 tablespoonful of chopped onion
- 2 tablespoonfuls of chopped mushroom
- 1 tablespoonful of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoonfuls of butter
- 1 pint of white sauce, No. 3
Put the butter and chopped ingredients in a sauce-pan and stir for one minute over the fire. Add the sauce, and boil up once.
