Fine Herbs Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoonful of chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of chopped mushroom
  • 1 tablespoonful of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pint of white sauce, No. 3

Instructions

Put the butter and chopped ingredients in a sauce-pan and stir for one minute over the fire. Add the sauce, and boil up once.
