Chocolate Icing, No. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoonful of gelatine
  • 1 2/3 cupfuls of powdered sugar
  • 2 squares of chocolate

Instructions

Soak gelatine one or two hours in three tablespoonfuls of water. Pour on it one-fourth of a cupful of boiling water, and stir into it powdered sugar. Prepare chocolate as for the first icing, and stir them into this mixture. Use immediately.
