- 2 level tablespoonfuls of flour
- 2 level tablespoonfuls of butter
- 1 tablespoonful of paprika
- 1/2 pint of chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoonful of salt
Rub together flour and butter, with paprika. Add chicken stock. Stir until boiling. Add salt, and strain. This sauce may be used over chicken as well as eggs.
