Venison Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 glassful of vinegar
  • 1 glassful of water
  • 1 glassful of claret
  • 1 onion stuck with cloves
  • 1 spoonful of salt
  • 1 spoonful of anchovies
  • 1 spoonful of pepper
  • 1 spoonful of cloves

Instructions

Boil all these together, and strain through a sieve.
