Sweet Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of ratafia
  • 1/2 pint of boiling milk, more if required
  • 3 eggs
  • jar-raisins

Instructions

Take the ratafia, boiling milk, stir it with a fork; the eggs, leaving out one white. Butter the basin, or dish, and stick jar-raisins about the butter as close as you please; then pour in the pudding and bake it.
