Slip-Cote

Ingredients

  • piece of runnet, the size of half-a-crown
  • 1 table-spoonful of boiling water
  • 1 quart of new milk

Instructions

The runnet put into the boiling water over-night, and strained into the milk, lukewarm, an hour before it is eaten.
