Sago Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound of sago
  • 1 pint of new milk
  • a large piece of butter
  • sugar
  • nutmeg
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Boil the sago in the milk, till it is very thick; stir in the butter; add sugar and nutmeg to your palate, and the eggs. Boil it an hour. Wine sauce.
