Quatre Fruits

Ingredients

• 1 pound of strawberries
• 1 pound of black currants
• 1 pound of raspberries
• 1 pound of little black cherries
• 2 quarts of brandy
• sugar

Instructions

Take the picked strawberries, black currants, raspberries, and the little black cherries, and the brandy. Infuse the whole together, and sweeten to taste. When it has stood a sufficient time, filter through a jelly-bag till the liquor is quite clear.
