Pistachio Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound of pistachio-nuts
  • rose-water
  • 1 pint of cream
  • sugar

Instructions

Take the pistachio-nuts and blanch them; then beat them fine with rose-water; put them into the cream; sweeten it, let it just boil, and put it into glasses.
