Orange Cheesecake


  • 1 1/2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 pound of sugar
  • 1/4 pound of melted butter
  • 4 eggs, leaving out the whites
  • a little Naples biscuit grated
  • a little white wine


Take the peel of the oranges and lemon grated; squeeze out the juice; add the sugar, and melted butter, eggs, Naples biscuit, to thicken it, and white wine. Put almonds in it if you like.
