Mustard Whey

Ingredients

  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 1/2 ounces bruised mustard seed
  • sugar

Instructions

Take the milk, water, mustard seed; boil these together till the curd is perfectly separated: then strain the whey through a cloth, and add a little sugar, which makes it more palatable.
