- 3 table-spoonfuls of walnut ketchup
- 2 table-spoonfuls of essence of anchovies
- 1 tea-spoonful of soy
- 1 tea-spoonful of cayenne pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- white wine vinegar
Take the walnut ketchup, essence of anchovies, soy, and cayenne pepper. Mix these together; put them, with the garlic, into a pint bottle, and fill it up with white wine vinegar.
