Goose, to stuff another way

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces of onions
  • 1 ounce of green sage leaves
  • 4 ounces of bread crumbs
  • yolk and white of an egg
  • a little salt and pepper

Instructions

Chop fine the onions and sage leaves; add the bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper, and sometimes minced apples.
