Excellent Rolls


  • 3 pounds of the finest flour
  • yolks of 3 eggs
  • yest
  • milk
  • 1 ounce of butter
  • salt


Take the flour, and mix up the yolks with the yest. Wet the flour with milk, first melting the butter in the milk, and add a little salt to the flour.
