Ingredients

• 1 pound of turmeric
• 1 pound of coriander seed
• 1 pound of ginger
• 6 ounces of cardamom
• 4 ounces of cummin
• 1 ounce of long pepper

Instructions

Pounded and mixed together. Cayenne pepper may also be added.
