Cavechi. No. 2


  • 3 cloves
  • 4 scruples of coriander seed
  • 10 grains bruised ginger
  • 10 grains saffron
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pint of white wine vinegar


Infuse all together by the fireside for a fortnight. Shake it every day; strain off the liquor, and bottle it for use. You may add to it a pinch of cayenne.
