Egg Curry


  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoonful of curry powder
  • flour
  • 1 teacup of water or milk or cocoanut milk
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs


Fry the onion with the curry powder; then add a little flour for the gravy. When this is mixed quite smooth, add the water or milk. Cook until it thickens, then add the eggs. Cut in halves lengthwise. Serve with rice.
