String Beans With Lamb

Ingredients

  • small breast of lamb
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/4 peck of beans (string and cut in long thin pieces)
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

Instructions

Take lamb, onions, beans; skin tomatoes, and add water. Cook until the beans are tender, then add flour to thicken.
