Sauce Piquante

Ingredients

  • 1 pint of drawn butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped capers
  • 2 tablespoons of pickles
  • 2 tablespoons of olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
  • a few grains cayenne pepper

Instructions

To drawn butter add vinegar, lemon juice, chopped capers, pickles, and olives, onion juice, cayenne pepper.
