Noodles With Butter


  • 1 pound of noodles
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of white pepper
  • 1 ounce good butter


Plunge noodles into two quarts of boiling water and cook for fifteen minutes. Drain well, replace in the same pan, season with salt, white pepper, adding butter. Gently mix without breaking the noodles until the butter is thoroughly dissolved, and serve.
