Milk and Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • salt
  • paprika

Instructions

Thicken milk with flour and cook thoroughly in a double boiler, stirring very often. When ready to serve add grated cheese and season with salt and paprika.
