Matzoth Charlotte, No. 1

Ingredients

  • 1 matzoth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 1/4 cup of currants

Instructions

Soak matzoth; beat and add to the beaten yolks of the eggs, add salt, almonds, raisins, currants, and mix thoroughly. Fold in the stiffly-beaten whites and bake in a greased baking-dish.
