Liver Kloesse (Dumplings)


  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken fat
  • 1 small liver
  • chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • nutmeg
  • red and white pepper
  • 2 eggs


Brown onion minced in chicken fat, add liver chopped fine, chopped parsley, flour. Season with nutmeg, red and white pepper, and add eggs. Drop with teaspoon in the boiling soup, let cook ten minutes, serve.
