Jelly Roll

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking-powder
  • 1/2 cup of boiling water
  • jelly
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Take eggs creamed with sugar, flour sifted with baking-powder, add boiling water. Bake in broad pan. While hot, remove from pan and lay on cloth wet with cold water. Spread with jelly and roll quickly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
