Graham Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Graham flour
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of baking-powder
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk

Instructions

Mix Graham flour, wheat flour, salt, baking-powder, add to this melted butter creamed with sugar and egg, moisten with milk. Beat all well and bake in muffin-tins in moderately hot oven one-half hour.
