Gluten Gems

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of gluten flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Instructions

Beat the yolks of the eggs, add milk; then gluten flour, baking powder; beat well, stir in the egg whites, and bake in hot buttered gem pans about twenty minutes.
