Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of milk or cream
  • 1/2 cake of Baker's chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions

Boil together sugar, salt and milk or cream, until when tried in cold water, it will form a soft ball (about eight minutes). Add Baker's chocolate, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy; pour into greased pans; cool and cut in squares.
