Fritter Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions

Beat egg until light, add salt, flour and water. Put through colander into deep hot fat and fry until brown. Drain and pour hot broth over them.
