Fritter Batter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking-powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2/3 cup of milk or water
  • 1 egg, well beaten

Instructions

Mix and sift flour, baking-powder, salt, and add milk or water gradually, and egg. For fruit batter add a little sugar, for vegetables pepper and salt.
