French Pancake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

Stir egg yolks with salt and flour, until smooth; add cold milk gradually, then fold in the beaten whites. Heat pan, add butter and when hot pour in pancake; let cook slowly and evenly on one side, finish baking in oven.
