Filled Fish, Turkish Style

Ingredients

  • fat fish
  • 1 egg
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

Bone some fat fish, boil in salt and water; when done take a little of the fish soup, the egg, beat until light, add gradually the lemon juice.
