Egg Dumplings For Soups


  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • salt
  • grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of melted butter
  • 1 raw egg yolk


Rub the yolks of the hard-boiled eggs to a smooth paste, add a little salt and grated nutmeg and the melted butter. Add the chopped whites of two eggs and a raw egg yolk to be able to mold the dough into little marbles, put in boiling soup one minute.
