Corn Muffins, No. 2

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of white flour
  • 1/2 cup of corn-meal
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of sour milk
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter

Instructions

Mix white flour, corn-meal, sugar, salt and soda, add egg beaten into sour milk and melted butter. Beat thoroughly and bake in well-greased tins.
