Chocolate Icing, Unboiled

Ingredients

  • whites of 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of pulverized sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of grated chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla

Instructions

Beat the whites and sugar, added gradually while beating. Beat until very thick, then add grated chocolate and vanilla.

This quantity is sufficient for a very large cake.
