Chocolate Glazing

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of bitter chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of boiling water

Instructions

Grate bitter chocolate, add powdered sugar and boiling water. Put on the stove, over moderate fire, stir while boiling until smooth, glossy and thick. Spread at once on cake and set aside to harden.
