Cabbage, Beet and Horseradish Relish

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts of boiled beets chopped
  • 2 quarts of cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup of grated horseradish
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • cold vinegar

Instructions

Take beets, cabbage, horseradish, mix with sugar and salt, add cold vinegar to cover, and place in gallon jar.
